CLESSINOX Stainless Steel pigtails set the standard in design, traceable manufacture, maintenance free operation and long term durability. Designed and manufactured to a recognised UK Standard BS EN ISO 10380-1, Clessinox comes from a family of product following the new European DIN 14800 standard. 3 layer construction comprising, stainless steel convoluted 12mm internal diameter pressure hose, stainless steel braiding with test pressure upto 40bar, clear PVC outer coating, press fitted to the braid protecting against abrasion and ensuring moisture tight seal, unlimited service life, European manufactured and fully tested.
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping is £2.99 to mainland UK addresses or free of charge for orders over £40.
All items are shipped from the UK.
We use Royal Mail, Evri, DX and DHL for our deliveries depending on the value, location and size of the order.
We ship most orders out on a 24 hour service but some orders go out of a 48 hour service depending on the product and location.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to return your order.
To be eligible to a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
