The Hozelock Cloud Control Kit allows control of garden watering from anywhere in the world via a smartphone app (IOS or Android operating system). The easy-to-use app allows you to create your own watering schedules to set start time, frequency, and duration. It also allows you to remotely set, pause and adjust, watering schedules. The Cloud Control Kit is easy to set up. It includes a hub directly connected to an internet router to provide a secure system not needing a complex pairing process. The Hub links wirelessly with the remote tap unit (one supplied), which can be positioned up to 50m away. Each hub can support up to 4 remote taps.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.

Shipping is £2.99 to mainland UK addresses or free of charge for orders over £40.

We use Royal Mail, Evri, DX and DHL for our deliveries depending on the value, location and size of the order.
We ship most orders out on a 24 hour service but some orders go out of a 48 hour service depending on the product and location.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to return your order.
To be eligible to a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
