All Caraflo taps are supplied without tails to enable the customer to select which tails they require. They are designed for a pressure-switched system. Shipping is £2.99 to mainland UK addresses or free of charge for orders over £40.

We use Royal Mail, Evri, DX and DHL for our deliveries depending on the value, location and size of the order.
We ship most orders out on a 24 hour service but some orders go out of a 48 hour service depending on the product and location.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to return your order.
To be eligible to a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
