This bracket secures and maintains the stability of gutters and is specifically designed to fit 114mm square line guttering, including the matching brown FloPlast square line gutter, product code W4873. The bracket should be attached to the fascia board. This is typically done using two countersunk screws. It is recommended to use screws with dimensions of 5 x 25mm or 5 x 30mm. These screws provide a secure attachment of the bracket to the fascia board. After the bracket is secured in place, the gutter is clipped into position. To do this, you slide the back edge of the gutter under the rear clip, and then gently pull down on the front edge to clip the gutter into the bracket. This ensures that the gutter is properly seated and supported. The brackets should be spaced at centers of no more than one meter apart. However, if installed in an area prone to heavy snowfall, it is recommended to reduce the spacing to 800mm. This adjustment is made to account for the additional weight of snow and to prevent damage or sagging of the guttering. These fascia brackets can also be used to support stop ends. To do so, the brackets should be fitted within 150mm of the stop end, ensuring that the guttering remains properly aligned and functioning.
